Health sources report that a child transferred from Kandahar province to Kabul for medical treatment died on Tuesday.
The child had been airlifted a few days earlier by Afghan forces via a military helicopter for emergency treatment and was admitted to Sihat-e Tifl Hospital in Kabul.
