The press office of the Supreme Court says that the courts of the Afghan government have addressed 790 cases and matters related to women’s rights during the first and second quarters of the current Solar Hijri year.
The source stated that among these cases, 723 were related to inheritance and property, 49 concerned obtaining inheritance and property documents, and 18 involved cases in which property ownership documents were registered.
The Supreme Court has assured that all courts in the country are fully committed to the enforcement and implementation of Islamic Sharia.
