Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem announced that, in the interest of national priorities, all government institutions will be handed over to the Palestinian Authority.
He confirmed that the decision is final and that all institutions are fully prepared for the transfer.
Qassem added that the second phase of the plan includes the withdrawal of Zionist regime forces, the deployment of an international force, and the establishment of a peace council to oversee Gaza.
