The Meteorology Directorate of the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation has issued a warning about the likelihood of heavy snowfall, intense rainfall, and strong winds across 32 provinces.
According to the Directorate, these weather conditions are expected on Tuesday (March 25) in Badakhshan, Takhar, Kunduz, Baghlan, Kunar, Balkh, Parwan, Panjshir, Kapisa, Kabul, Logar, Paktia, Nuristan, Laghman, Nangarhar, Khost, Paktika, Zabul, Herat, Farah, Badghis, Sar-e Pul, Bamyan, Maidan Wardak, Ghazni, Samangan, Jawzjan, and Faryab, including the Salang Pass.
