    High-Level Meeting Planned Between Afghan and Turkmen Officials in Herat

    The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, is scheduled to meet today (Sunday) in Herat province with a high-level Turkmen delegation led by Turkmenistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Rashid Meredov.

    The news was recently released by the Office of the Economic Deputy Prime Minister; however, no details have been provided regarding the meeting’s agenda.

    It is expected that the Afghan and Turkmen sides will discuss bilateral relations, economic cooperation, and regional projects during the meeting.
