Yemen’s Houthi movement (Ansar Allah) says it targeted two Saudi Arabian oil tankers in missile and drone strikes.
Ansar Allah spokesperson Yahya Saree said the operation was carried out after Saudi Arabia violated the movement’s maritime blockade.
The group also warned Riyadh that it has the capability to strike anywhere in Saudi Arabia, adding that if it is forced to launch further attacks, the consequences would be severe.
