33 years ago, with the fall of the then communist regime, the people of Afghanistan, after enduring countless hardships and sufferings, found the opportunity to come together and establish the Islamic system for which they had risen.
There was little left to reach the ideal for which the martyrs of this land had sacrificed their lives, when the scourge of devastating internal wars, like a cancerous tumor, began to engulf the cities, districts, and villages of this land one by one.
The wars whose main heroes were the same warlords who, during the jihad against the Soviet Union, had infiltrated the ranks of the true Mujahideen and, in the name of religion, had carved out positions and status for themselves.
With the passing of the dark period of the Republic and the end of the dominance of these infamous figures over Afghanistan, now that their sinister plans have failed, they have once again resorted to the same hateful tactics and are day and night trying to incite ethnic wars to pave the way for their return to power.
These individuals, by creating fake accounts and spreading negative propaganda about ethnic, linguistic, and religious differences on social media, aim to once again make the suffering nation of this land a victim of their sinister and impure goals.
For this reason, sometimes they introduce themselves as belonging to the Tajik ethnic group under pseudonyms and speak against the Pashtuns, raising the ridiculous claim of Khorasan nationalism and calling for the division of the country; and sometimes they make long speeches against other ethnic groups using accounts attributed to the Pashtuns.
Although these individuals hide behind the facade of Afghan identity and populism, pretending to care for the nation, in reality, they are nothing but worthless pawns in the hands of their intelligence masters, playing the role of puppets for foreign powers.
These evil and failed efforts continue while the majority of the Afghan people today, more than ever, desire unity, peace, and a system based on justice and Islamic values; a desire that goes against the wishes of the Afghan impostors who sit outside the country and day and night seek to disrupt the peace of the people at the behest of foreigners.
One of the less noticed aspects of these conspiracies is the targeted use of foreign media and external institutions, which, through significant investments, attempt to amplify the voices of the agitators and create an artificial atmosphere of ethnic discontent in the country.
These media outlets not only provide a platform for spreading lies and deception, but also attempt to distort realities, changing the roles of the executioner and the victim, and presenting yesterday’s criminals as today’s saviors.
But this nation will no longer be deceived by the faces of the experienced, and today it knows well that the way to save the country lies not in the conflict of ethnicities, but in the solidarity and brotherhood among all Muslims of this land.
Undoubtedly, a nation that has been a victim of ethnic and religious divisions for years now needs to unite based on its religious and cultural commonalities to build a bright and dignified future, and not allow internal and external enemies to make them a plaything of their power-seeking ambitions once again.
