Sami Sadat, leader of the so-called (online) United Front, has once again taken a position in support of the Pakistani regime, stating that he strongly condemns the Afghan government’s airstrikes carried out last night against ISIS and other groups in the provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
Sadat, who referred to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan as parts of Pakistan in his statement, described the strikes against ISIS and anti-Afghanistan militias operating there as a reckless act.
He said, “I condemn the Taliban’s attacks on militia targets in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. This action could provoke a major military response from Pakistan.”
According to the report, a number of senior military officials from the former republic, including Sami Sadat, who have adopted positions against the Afghan government under the banner of various fronts, occasionally express sympathy for Pakistan in a highly cautious manner.
