The Ministry of Justice has stated in a press release that all commercial transactions involving state land that has been allocated or previously sold are strictly prohibited.
It further instructed all property registration offices countrywide to refrain from processing any transactions related to state land that has been distributed or sold to individuals by the Afghan government.
The ministry also warned that any office found carrying out such transactions will be closed, and both parties involved will face legal proceedings.
