Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Afghan government, said during a press briefing at the government media center that members of the Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K) branch have been transferred into Pakistan via its airports.

He added that ISIS-K maintains hideouts in Mastung, Balochistan, and uses these locations to plan operations across the region.

Mujahid stressed that senior IS-K leaders are currently based in Pakistan and called on Islamabad to either hand them over to the Islamic Emirate or expel them from Pakistani territory.
