Local sources in Balochistan told Voice of Hindukush that an individual named Fazal, affiliated with Pakistan’s local security agencies, was killed in an attack by unidentified gunmen in the Turbat area of Balochistan.

Meanwhile, local sources also reported that a separate armed attack in Quetta, the provincial capital, resulted in casualties among five Pakistani police officers, including a senior officer.

It is worth noting that in recent weeks, attacks on military and police forces in Balochistan have significantly increased.
