U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, in recent remarks, criticized the mediation role of Pakistan’s military regime in efforts to resolve the ongoing tensions between Tehran and Washington.

Graham stated that the military regime is not reliable for mediating between Tehran and Washington and that there is a need to appoint another mediator.

He added that the conduct of Pakistan’s regime has prevented the negotiations from making clear progress.

It is worth noting that Iranian officials had previously also criticized the mediating role of Pakistan’s military regime, saying that the regime openly supports the United States.
