A cabinet meeting chaired by the leadership of the Afghan government was held in Kandahar, according to a statement from Arg.
The leadership instructed cabinet ministers to carry out their duties effectively, ensure the proper implementation of Sharia-based governance and the decrees of the Islamic System, and resolve public grievances through justice.
The leadership also stressed religious education, piety, sincerity, and the promotion of religious awareness among the public, stating that the strengthening of the Islamic system depends on the spread of religious knowledge and correct belief.
Several key decisions were taken during the meeting aimed at further strengthening the country’s education, economy, and political sectors.
The implementation of previous council decisions was also reviewed, with relevant officials presenting reports on their activities.
The meeting concluded with discussions on administrative, economic, and social matters and ended with a prayer by the leadership.
