Local sources have informed Voice of Hindukush, while sharing this video, that Pakistani Taliban attacked a convoy of the Pakistani military regime in Bannu, causing casualties.

The sources added that after a brief resistance, the regime’s soldiers fled the area, and several of their vehicles were set on fire by the Pakistani Taliban.

Meanwhile, some reports indicate that areas around the central market of Bannu district have fallen under the control of the Pakistani Taliban and that the market itself is expected to fall soon.

In the ongoing battle in Bannu, which has been taking place intermittently over the past few days, reports suggest dozens of Pakistani military personnel, including high-ranking officers, have been killed and injured.
